Competition mechanic

• Upload your version of the Thriller dance as a video response to "Thriller on the Tube" http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=X6EDAZ3crdY
• The winning video will be chosen by an independent adjudicator.
• Entries will be judged on how original, funny and innovative they are and one winner will be selected.
• The prize will be 2 limited edition Thriller 25 branded iPod touch's (Only 300 available in the world!).
• The winning video will also feature on the official Michael Jackson UK website www.michaeljackson.com for one week.
• This competition is only open to residents of UK.
• Please include the phrase "Competition entry" in the title of your video response.
• Entrants should include with their entry the names of all persons appearing in the video and ensure that they have permission from each person to (i) video them (ii) enter this competition, and (iii) upload the relevant video and make that video available to the public to view on You Tube and potentially the official Michael Jackson UK website.

Terms and Conditions

The competition closes at 23:59 GMT on Sunday 24th February 2008. Any entries received after this time (for any reason) will be discounted.The winning video will be judged by an independent adjudicator. The winner will be notified via their YouTube account by Friday 29th February 2008. Entrants must be 16 years or older and reside in the UK. Winners must agree to take part in event publicity if necessary. Prize is non-transferable or refundable. Name and town of winner will be made available at the request of any individual by sending an SAE to YouTube Thriller Competition, Interact, PO Box 607, London, SW6 4YY. SONY BMG reserves the right to provide an alternative prize if necessary. No cash equivalent will be given.

By entering this competition each entrant acknowledges that (s)he owns or controls the copyright in the video (excluding any reproduction of music and sound recordings embodied therein) and grants full permission to Sony BMG, You Tube or any applicable third party to reproduce the video for the purposes of this competition (and edit the video if required, waiving all moral rights in respect thereof) and without any requirement for payment as a result. By entering this competition each entrant acknowledges that (s)he has obtained the permission from each person appearing in the relevant video to (i) video them, (ii) enter this competition, and (iii) upload the relevant video and make that video available to the public to view on You Tube and potentially the official Michael Jackson UK website.

SONY BMG does not condone or authorise any illegal or immoral activity and does not accept any responsibility for any injury caused by or as a result of participation in this competition. Without prejudice to the foregoing sentence, Sony BMG reserves the right to take down any material which is the subject of a complaint it has received as a result of the content or improperly cleared material contained therein, or which it considers offensive or inappropriate for whatever reason.
